One dies, another critical in firing
Jajpur (04/01/2025): One person died while another sustained critical injuries after two bike-borne miscreants opened fire at them during a loot bid in a jewellery shop in Panikoili Chhak of Jajpur district on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Nilamadhaba Panda.
Injured was shifted to a private hospital in Cuttack.
Both the deceased and the injured person are the staff of the jewellery shop Locals managed to nab one of the accused and handed him over to police.
