Ornaments of Puri Srimandir shifted to renovated Ratna Bhandar

Puri(By Abhishek Mohanty): The ornaments of Puri Srimandir were shifted from the temporary strongroom to the renovated Ratna Bhandar on Tuesday. The shifting process was conducted under the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) issued by the Odisha government.
The shifting process started at 10:55 AM and concluded in 2:55 hours, with 12 almirahs removed.
According to Shree Jagannath Temple Administration Chief Administrator Arabinda Padhee, the keys have been deposited at the District Treasury. All procedures have been video recorded presence of the magistrate.
As a part of the relocation, darshan at Srimandir remained suspended for a few hours from 10 AM. However, the devotees were allowed to avail the 'Mahaprasad' at Ananda Bazaar.
After the shifting work ended, the entry restriction was lifted.
