PM addresses 116th Mann Ki Baat, hails NCC cadets
Bhubaneswar (24/11/2024): Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the 116th edition of his monthly radio program 'Mann Ki Baat' on Sunday. The Prime Minister hailed the National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets and said, "NCC can enrich overall development of young people.
They should join the NCC in large numbers." Appreciating the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign, the PM highlighted that one billion trees have been planted under the campaign.
He urged everyone to plant a tree in honor of their mothers, making it a tribute to both the environment and the maternal bond." During his address, PM Modi praised the youths who have come forward to help the people around them in their own way.
He also praised the Indian youngsters bringing awareness against digital arrest and motivated them to visit libraries.
