PRESIDENT DROUPADI MURMU CONFERS HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREE ON PRINCIPAL SECRETARY TO PM
Bhubaneswar(29/02/2024): Dr Pramod Kumar Mishra, Principal Secretary to Prime Minister, was conferred Honorary Doctorate Degree By President Droupadi Murmu today at the 53rd Convocation of Utkal University in Bhubaneswar. India Meteorological Department (IMD) DG Mrutyunjay Mohapatra and Hindalco MD Satish Pal also received Doctorate Degrees. Ten successful students were presented gold medals.
