President Droupadi Murmu graces Black Swan Summit India, stresses importance of building capacity to adapt to technological changes

Bhubaneswar (By Abhishek Mohanty): President Droupadi Murmu on Friday graced the Black Swan Summit India, organised by Odisha government in collaboration with the Global Finance and Technology Network (GFTN), in Bhubaneswar.

Speaking on the occasion, the President highlighted the rapid pace of technological advancement and pointed out both the opportunities and challenges associated with emerging technologies. She stressed the importance of building capacity to adapt to technological changes.

President Murmu lauded the Odisha government’s Bharat Netra initiative, saying it aims to create a future-ready workforce and a strong innovation ecosystem in the digital, financial and insurance technology sectors.

She expressed confidence that the deliberations and collaborations emerging from the summit would have a transformative impact not only on Odisha but also on India and the world.
