Water level in Mundali continues to rise
Cuttack (30/07/2024): The water level of Mundali in Cuttack district continue to rise on Tuesday. Over 3 lakh cusecs of water is flowing through Mundali.
However, there is no fear of flooding, according to reports.
Meanwhile, the water level of the Jalaka River is increasing at Mathani in Balasore district.
As of 11 am today, the water level of Jalaka is at 6.35 meters.
The rise in water level has caused concern among people in the low-lying areas. On the other hand, the water level of Hirakud Dam in Sambalpur district shows a decreasing trend.
