XIM UNIVERSITY'S SCHOOL OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT CONDUCTS SEVEN CONSECUTIVE EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS FOR 250 JUNIOR ENGINEERS & SUB-DIVISION OFFICERS OF TP NORTHERN ODISHA DISTRIBUTION LIMITED
Bhubaneswar (01/12/2023): The School of Human Resource Management (SoHRM), XIM University conducted seven consecutive Executive Development Programs (EDP) for around 250 junior engineers and sub-division officers of TP Northern Odisha Distribution Limited.
These EDPs were conducted between the months of May to November 2023.
Th program was coordinated by Prof.Kalpana Sahoo and Prof.Subhra Pattnaik from the SoHRM, XIM University.
The modules focused on generating synergy between employees by aligning them to the Tata Values and driving ownership and accountability.
The program saw a huge success with energetic participation from all the participants and generated a lot of interesting insights through the process of experiential and collective learning.
Participants appreciated the morning Yoga and mindfulness sessions and evening engagement sessions that were conducted by the students of SoHRM who participated in the program with much enthusiasm.
“We are going back with a lot of fond memories”, said a jubilant participant.
