4 new tahsils created in 3 major cities
Bhubaneswar(By Abhishek Mohanty): Four new tahsils have been created across three major cities of Odisha.
In Bhubaneswar, two new tahsils have been formed, increasing the total number of tahsils in the city to three.
Similarly, one new tahsil has been created in Cuttack, taking the total number there to two.
In Sambalpur too, one new tahsil has been established, raising the total number of tahsils in the city to two.
The Revenue Department has taken this step to support the expansion of urban limits.
