Adhyapika Niharika Das Memorial Trust Hosts Odia Language’s Best Proofreader Award Ceremony
Cuttack, Dec 16 (Krushna Kumar Mohanty): Despite rapid technological advancement, the lack of adequate attention to proofreading has resulted in a noticeable absence of error-free publications in the Odia language. Even nameplates of business establishments and banners used in meetings and processions are often seen with spelling mistakes. Eminent speakers observed that if Odia is to be made free from errors, the importance of proofreading must be clearly presented before society.
