Balasore’s Highland Agro Food Receives International Export Excellence Award 2025 in Dubai
Balasore, Dec 29 (Krushna Kumar Mohanty): Balasore-based leading seafood exporter Highland Agro Food Private Limited has added another feather to its cap by winning an international honour in Dubai. At a grand ceremony held in the UAE, the company was conferred the prestigious “Sustainable Production and Export Excellence Award 2025.”
The award was presented at the Sustainability Excellence Awards programme jointly organised by the global media house Gulf News and Bing Sea. Among several reputed companies from across the world, Highland Agro Food was adjudged the best for its commitment to sustainability.
The event took place at the Sustainability Education and Empowerment Institute in Dubai’s Sustainable City. Dr Habiba Al Marashi, Co-founder and Chairperson of the Emirates Environmental Group, attended as the chief guest and formally honoured the company.
Highland Agro Food received the award in recognition of its significant contribution to environmentally responsible and sustainable production systems, particularly in the field of seafood processing and exports. The company’s consistent efforts to balance environmental protection with ethical business practices were highlighted during the ceremony.
