BSKY TO BE REPLACED BY AYUSHMAN BHARAT YOJANA IN ODISHA
Bhubaneswar (05/06/2024): The Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana (BSKY) will no longer be implemented in Odisha.
It will be replaced by the Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
This was informed by Odisha BJP Chief Manmohan Samal on Wednesday. Samal said, "The BSKY covered approximately 70 lakh families.
Under the scheme, people were deprived of accessing several benefits.
However, once the Ayushman Bharat Yojana comes, the people of the state will have access to optimum health facilities." He said that the BJP will fulfill all promises made before the elections.
