CAR OWNER ARRESTED IN BHUBANESWAR HIT-AND-RUN CASE

Bhubaneswar(03/10/2023): The owner of a car was arrested in the recent hit-and-run case in Bhubaneswar. The arrested person identified as Bikas Pal has caused the death of a labourer who was asleep on the footpath near Rajmahal Square in the city on September 29. The deceased has been identified as Dinabandhu Baral, a resident of Pipili in Puri district.
