COMMISSIONERATE POLICE COLLECTS RS 17000 FINE DURING BLOCKING & CHECKING IN BHUBANESWAR

Bhubaneswar(09/07/2023): The Commissionerate Police on Sunday collected Rs 17000 fine from 34 persons for allegedly consuming alcohol at public places in Bhubaneswar. Following blocking and checking at Kharbela Nagar, Khandagiri and Capital police station areas, the fine amount was collected by 9:30 pm. On Saturday night, raids were carried out at hotels which have not registered themselves under SARAI mobile application.
