Cuttack Bali Jatra to be held on upper & lower grounds

Cuttack (07/11/2024): This year, the historic Bali Jatra in Cuttack will take place on both the upper and lower grounds.

However, business owners are prohibited from occupying the roads and footpaths during the festival, as per the Orissa High Court's directives. The district administration will make arrangements for Bali Jatra to be held only on the lower ground.

Additionally, the district administration will provide separate road arrangements to control the crowd. The Bali Jatra will start from November 15.
