Deo Ranjan Kumar Singh assumed charge as Development Commissioner of Odisha

Bhubaneswar (By Abhishek Mohanty): Additional Chief Secretary Deo Ranjan Kumar Singh assumed charge as the Development Commissioner of Odisha on Friday.

He arrived at the office of the Development Commissioner in the Planning and Convergence Department at 10:15 AM and formally took over the responsibility. 

On this occasion, officers and staff welcomed the new Development Commissioner. 

Singh expressed that he would work with the cooperation of everyone.

This critical elevation occurs as the incumbent, Anu Garg, vacates the post to take over as the first woman Chief Secretary of Odisha.
