For the First Time, Fakir Mohan Sings 'Kene Kisa Zillara Chhua Amere' in an AI-Generated Video

From art, literature, and language to administrative work, AI is enabling people to complete tasks faster and with greater ease. Now, AI is going a step further by creating moving visuals of departed great personalities, leaving viewers astonished.
Recently, a striking and curiosity-arousing video has gone viral on social media in which Vyasakabi Fakir Mohan Senapati is seen singing a song. In the video, Fakir Mohan appears to sing the much-admired six-minute song “Kene Kisa Zillara Chhua Amere,” composed by artist Kesu Das. In this AI-generated clip, a ten-second segment of the song is rendered beautifully in Fakir Mohan’s voice and persona.
The AI-based video has been produced by artist Kesu Das, while the live editing has been done by young artist Ayushman Yadav. Kesu Das has claimed that this is the first AI-generated video in Odisha to feature a departed legendary figure in such a form.
He further informed that the full six-minute version of “Kene Kisa Zillara Chhua Amere” will be released soon. The complete video will feature visual renderings of several eminent personalities, including commentator Shridhar Swami, poet Dinakrushna Das, literary stalwart Fakir Mohan Senapati, Kabibara Radhanath Ray, renowned author Manoj Das, historian Manmath Das, Shanti Das, Godabari Devi, among others, shown as if they are singing the song.
The AI-generated video has already sparked wide discussion and interest, drawing considerable attention across social media platforms.
