HYMNS, BHAJAN & KIRTAN ORGANISED AT VARIOUS TEMPLES IN DELHI TO MARK PRAN PRATISHTHA OF RAMLALA

New Delhi(By Lakhminarayan Beborta: After a long wait of 500 years, the Pran Pratishtha of Shree Ram was performed at Shree Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya.

Reverence and spiritual feelings not only prevailed in Ayodhya city of Uttar Pradesh, but also from cities to villages, people from different walks of life were celebrating the historic occasion. Special puja pathas and other programmes were held in different temples of the national capital Delhi.

At Shree Jagannath temple in Haujkhas, which is the main gathering place of the migrant Odias of Delhi, hymn, Yajn, Bhajan and Kirtan programmes were held.

Union Minister of Railways, Communications and Information & Technology Ashwini Vaishnaw sat in the temple for a long time and watched the live telecast of Ayodhya's Shree Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha ceremony and took prasad in the temple.

Among others, Suryakant Kelkar, the All India Student Council and Federation campaigner, Minister K.Govind Nayak, Union Minister of State for Tribal Development and Water Resources department's Officer on Special Duty Dr S.K.Jena and many dignitaries attended the event.

On this occasion, Priyashanti Jena sang Hindi and Odia Bhajan.

Swarnapriya Pati coordinated the event.

Temple President Bighneswar Raut, Secretary Rabindra Pradhan, Vice President Gajendra Prasad Samanta, Khirod Patra, Treasurer Pankaj Mohanty, Executive Committee Member Ashok Pradhan, lawyer Jitendrapatra Mohapatra, Pradeep Swain along with Pradeep Parida, Temple Manager Rashmiranjan Behera managed the event succefully.

Nearly two thousand devotees participated in the celebration and consumed prasad.

Similarly, Sundarkand of Lord Hanuman was recital was arranged by the nearby Arjun Nagar Mata Temple Management for a week and a huge Bhandara was organised for more than 1000 devotees .

Indradev Sharma, Treasurer of the temple and President of Arjun Nagar Resident Welfare Association, and Vinod Kumar Mithal, General Secretary, conducted the programme.

Sanatan Dharma Sabha and Shiv Ram Temple near Shree Jagannath Temple in Delhi held the Ram Temple Pratishtha Utsav with great devotion and enthusiasm.

President Mohan Lal Chopra and Secretary R.K Sharma and Temple priest Ganeshwar Mishra conducted the programme.
