ICSI WELCOMES INTERIM BUDGET 2024-25
Bhubaneswar (02/02/2024): The ICSI appreciates Interim Budget 2024-25 that draws the roadmap to achieve vision Viksit Bharat by the year 2047, focusing on a more comprehensive ‘GDP’, i.e., ’Governance, Development and Performance’.
Unveiling the plans for economic growth, inclusivity, and social welfare, the Budget instils confidence in continuity and driving the country to be next level, by strategically focusing on empowering the youth, poor, women, and farmers.
Besides this, the Budget also navigates towards Environmental Initiatives that would help reach net zero emissions by 2070 and Social Initiatives that would support and encourage the youth and will boost economic growth.
CS B Narasimhan, President, The ICSI, appreciated the initiative taken towards negotiating bilateral investment treaties with foreign partners, in the spirit of ‘first develop India’ that would invite foreign investment and promote overall Corporate Growth.
