INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATED IN SLUM POCKETS
Bhubaneswar (09/03/2024): To commemorate International Women's Day-2024, humanitarian organisation named ActionAid Association in collaboration with Center for Child and Women Development (CCWD) and Bhubaneswar Young Urban Women Forum (BYUWF) organised a mass meeting at Sitanath Nagar Community Hall under ward no-14 of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
Empowerment and equality is most essential to strengthen the society said the dignitaries.
In this meeting Ujali Martha, AWW, Sulochana Behera, ASHA, CCWD Secretary Sadasiv Swain, Senior Programme Lead of ActionAid Association Suvendu Kumar Ray, Community trainer and thinker Kalyani Rout, Renubala Sahoo, Gitanjali Panda, Snigdha Das, Sandhyarani Behera, YUW leader Diptimayee Mallick and social activist Golap Kumari Sahoo spoke on this occasion.
