Mild earthquake felt in Odisha's Malkangiri

Malkangiri (04/12/2024): A mild earthquake was felt in Malkangiri district of Odisha on Wednesday morning.

The earthquake occurred at 7:27 AM and had a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter Scale, with its epicentre in Mulugu, Telangana.

The earthquake's depth was recorded at 40 km.

Fortunately, no casualties were reported. Some areas in Chhattisgarh, including Bijapur and Sukma, also experienced the earthquake.

However, there were no reports of damage or casualties.
