NIA Team Reaches Balasore to Question Slain Tourist Prashant Satpathy’s Wife in Pahalgam Attack Probe

In connection with the ongoing investigation into the Pahalgam terror attack, a three-member team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrived in Balasore on Friday to question Priyadarshini Satpathy, wife of the late Prashant Satpathy, who was among the victims of the recent militant assault in South Kashmir.

The NIA team is set to conduct an in-depth interrogation to gather critical information about the circumstances surrounding the attack. Investigators are seeking to reconstruct the sequence of events leading to the tragic incident and to obtain any details that could aid in identifying those responsible.

Prashant Satpathy, a tourist from Balasore, was one of the victims of the brutal ambush near the picturesque town of Pahalgam, an area that has witnessed increased militant activities in recent times.

Authorities believe that insights from Priyadarshini may play a pivotal role in piecing together vital aspects of the attack, as the investigation moves forward under heightened national scrutiny.
