Night temperature to drop in Odisha in 48 hours
Bhubaneswar (06/12/2024): The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday informed that there is every possibility that the minimum or night temperature in Odisha will drop in the next 48 hours. The minimum temperature is likely to fall by 2 to 4 degree Celsius during the next two days and thereafter rise by 2 to 3 degrees in subsequent three days. A cyclonic circulation lies over Equatorial Indian Ocean and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal in lower tropospheric levels.
Under its influence, a low pressure area is likely to form over central parts of south Bay of Bengal around December 7.
