Odisha doctors join in nationwide protest; AIIMS Bhubaneswar extend support

Bhubaneswar (16/08/2024): Amid serious protests for justice of doctor rape and murder case in Kolkata, 500 junior and senior resident doctors of AIIMS Bhubaneswar have started cease-work strike from today.

The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has called for a 24 hour withdrawal of services throughout the country.

By nature, thousands of doctors across public and private hospitals in Odisha have united to show their support and get justice for the victim.

While all OPD and routine services have been hit.

However, emergency services will be provided as planned.
