ODISHA IS RICH BUT IT'S PEOPLE ARE POOR: PM MODI
Berhampur (06/05/2024): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday addressed a public meeting at Berhampur in Ganjam district of Odisha.
Starting his speech with Jai Jagannath, the Prime Minister said, "Odisha is rich but it's people are poor.
Who is the sinner? The answer is-first Congress and then BJD leaders...Why are so many people from this home turf of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik migrating to other states? Why are so many doctors' posts lying vacant? Why is there a shortage of drinking water? Why no cold storage? The BJP has always ensured no shortage of funds for Odisha." Starting that Odisha Mein Pehli Baar Double Engine Ki Sarkar, the PM said,"June 4 is the expiry date of BJD Government in Odisha.
On June 6, BJP will take a call on its CM candidate.
On June 10, BJP's CM candidate will take oath in Bhubaneswar.
I have come here to invite you all to the sworn-in ceremony." PM Modi said the Centre gave Rs 10,000 crore to Odisha under Jal Jeevan Mission.
The Government has failed to spend that money properly.
Modi sends money to construct roads in villages, but unfortunately the road conditions in villages is bad.
Modi sends money for free rice from Delhi, but the BJD Government pastes it's photo on this scheme also, he added.
