Preparatory Meeting Held Ahead of Hon’ble President’s Visit to Fakir Mohan University

Balasore, 24/1(Krushna Kumar Mohanty) Ahead of the visit of the Hon’ble President of India to Fakir Mohan University on February 3, a preparatory meeting was held today under the chairmanship of the District Collector and District Magistrate, Balasore.

The meeting was attended by senior administrative officials, police officers, the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar of Fakir Mohan University, and heads of all concerned line departments.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on security arrangements, protocol, traffic management, venue preparedness, and inter-departmental coordination for the smooth conduct of the President’s visit.
The District Collector directed all concerned departments to work in close coordination and ensure that all arrangements are completed well in time in strict adherence to the prescribed protocol.
