Satirist and columnist Radhashyam Roul to Receive ‘Emar Care Memorial Award’ This Year

Balasore, February 12 (Krushna Kumar Mohanty): Renowned Odia humorist, satirical writer, and columnist Radhashyam Roul will be conferred the ‘Rasaraj Emar Care Memorial Award’ for the current year, according to a press release issued by the reputed literary magazine 'Priyapatra'.

The award will be presented on February 14 during the 39th annual celebration of 'Priyapatra', to be held at Puri, in the presence of distinguished guests and eminent members of the literary fraternity.

Mr. Roul has been actively engaged in satirical writing in Odia literature for over three decades, maintaining a continuous and committed creative journey. In recognition of his dedicated literary pursuit and significant contribution to the field of humorous and satirical writing, 'Priyapatra' has chosen him for this year’s 'Emar Care Memorial Award', according to Bipin Bihari Dalai, Editor of 'Priyapatra'.
