Sedition case if necessary:.Police Commissioner's stern warning to those spreading rumors on social media

Cuttack (By Abhishek Mohanty): Police Commissioner S Dev Datta Singh on Friday gave stern warning to those spreading rumors on social media and said sedition case will be registered against the wrongdoers if necessary.

 
Police carried out a flag march at Dargah Bazaar and Kadam Rasul areas in Cuttack where the Commissioner said, "There is police deployment all over Cuttack city, situation is normal now. However, some people are putting misleading information on social media. They are putting misleading information on social media, making it viral
Please refrain from this, otherwise strict action will be taken."

Police Commissioner also assessed the situation at Hatipokhari.

S. Devadatta Singh checked all the streets keeping in mind the security.
