SEVERAL PARTS OF ODISHA LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE HEAVY RAIN FROM TOMORROW

Bhubaneswar(15/08/2023) : The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Tuesday issued a heavy rain warning for several districts in Odisha for next four days starting from August 16. The IMD predicted light to moderate rain or thundershower in many places in North Interior Odisha, Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur and at a few places in the remaining parts of the state till 8.30 am of Wednesday.

It issued a yellow warning of thunderstorm with lightning for the districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Angul, Boudh, Nayagarh, Khurda, Kandhamal and Ganjam districts during the period.
