UCO Bank Balasore Marks 84th Foundation Day with Blood Donation and Health Check-up Camp

Balasore, 6/1(Krushna Kumar Mohanty) On the occasion of its 84th Foundation Day, UCO Bank’s Balasore Main Branch organised a voluntary blood donation camp along with a health check-up camp at its premises. The programme was held in collaboration with Sambad–Am Odisha.

The camp was inaugurated by Zonal Manager Sudip Daku. Among the other dignitaries present were Deputy Zonal Head Mayank Agrawal, Lead District Manager Moti Kumar Saha, SMA and Agriculture Head Pradeep Kumar, RLH Head Prabhudatta Purohit, and Dr. Sanjib Kumar Pradhan.

The programme was conducted under the supervision of Chief Manager Satyabrat Samantaray. The Balasore Blood Centre team collected 33 units of blood during the camp. Senior Manager Asit Ranjan Rup and several bank officials and staff members actively participated in the event.

Those present included Manasi Behera, Srinibas Sahu, Swagatika Mishra, Sangita Mohanty, Harihar Rout, Chinmay Nandy, Manoj Jena, Yosbant Jena, Swarnalata Behera, R. K. Mohanty, B. C. Behera, S. K. Mohit, Anil Tiria, Pachai Soren, Sujit Ash, and Suuryanarayan Das.

The event was coordinated by 'Sambad' representatives Laxmidhar Barik and Malay Kumar Parida. The initiative was widely appreciated for promoting social responsibility and community welfare.
