E-challans can now be paid offline

The Odisha government has now permitted offline cash payments for e-challans at Regional Transport Offices (RTOs).
Designated officials will accept cash payments to help people facing poor internet connectivity.
Online payment of e-challans will continue to be available through the official portal: https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in.
Meanwhile, the state government has also announced that the deadline for obtaining a Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate for vehicles has been extended by one month, till February 1, 2026.
