GOD REQUESTS ODISHA CEO TO CONTROL USE OF EXPLOSIVE SUBSTANCES DURING ELECTION RESULT DECLARATION DAY
Bhubaneswar (02/06/2024): Green Organic Development (GOD) welfare organization, working for the development of nature and environment since a long years, requested the Odisha Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Nikunja Dhal to control use of explosive substances (fire works) during election result declaration day Founder of GOD Sanjaya Kumar Nayak submitted a memorandum in this regard to the office of the CEO and said, "In this summer season, all living animals are in search of pure oxygen and drinking water.
Presently, in western Odisha near about more than 15 people died on heatstroke." The cracker explosion took place during Chandan Yatra of Lord Jagannath claimed lives of many people.
In this connection we are very much worried about fourth upcoming Parliamentary and Legislative Assembly Election result declaration where anticipating many political parties and anti social people will be using the explosive substances for celebrating the victory in the election.
This will create a hazardous situation to the entire nation.
Everybody will be suffer from rural to urban area. So we, again appeal and request through this esteemed organization to ban the use of illegal explosive substances at the time election result declaration.
