HEAD-ON COLLISION BETWEEN CAR, MO BUS CLAIMS ONE LIFE, INJURES SIX ON PURI-KONARK MARINE DRIVE
Puri(18/09/2023): One person died while six others sustained critical injuries in head-on collision between a car and Mo Bus near Balighai on Puri-Konark Marine Drive in Puri district. According to reports, one of the occupants of the car died on the spot and five others sustained critical injuries.
The driver of the bus was also seriously injured in the mishap. Two injured persons were shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack after their condition deteriorated. In another incident, a truck laden with gas cylinders overturned at Sikharpur in Cuttack district.
Fire services personnel rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
