HUGE RUSH OF DEVOTEES WITNESSED AT BADADANDA FOR BAHUDA JATRA

Puri(15/07/2024): A large number of devotees gathered at Puri Badadanda on Monday to witness the Bahuda Jatra of Lord Jagannath and his holy siblings. Bahuda Jatra is also known as the return journey of the Holy Trinity from their aunt's place at Gundicha Temple to Srimandir. After the Mangalarpan ritual, Bahuda Pahandi ritual will be performed between 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Pulling of chariots will commence from 4 pm. To ensure smooth conduct of the Bahuda Yatra, elaborate security arrangements have been made in view of the huge rush of devotees.
