ICSI EIRC ORGANISES HALF-DAY SEMINAR FAGUN
Bhubaneswar(24/03/2024): The Eastern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) organised “Fagun”, a half day seminar followed by a Holi Meet on March 23, 2024, at Kolkata. During the event, CS (Dr.) Mohit Shaw, the Chairman of ICSI-EIRC, welcomed the participants and discussed the Annual Membership Scheme 2024, highlighting its unique features including additional corporate tie-up benefits for members.
Additionally, he announced the organization of a Career & Admission Fair for upcoming undergraduate aspirants who have recently completed their board examinations, marking the first such event in the history of ICSI organised by any region. The seminar featured resource persons CA Sanjib Sanghi, Chairman of ICAI-EIRC, and CS Manoj Kr Banthia.
CA Sanjib Sanghi deliberated on the topic of AI & Future of Professionals, while CS Manoj Kr Banthia discussed Related Party Transactions. Approximately 150 members participated in the seminar and appreciated the selection of venues by EIRC for recent events, noting their convenient locations in the heart of the city with better conveyance facilities.
