Mahodadhi Aarti and Festival held at Gopalpur by Shree Jagannath Sanskruti Prachar Sansthan 


Bhubaneswar(By Abhishek Mohanty): The Shree Jagannath Sanskruti Prachar Sansthan organized a Mahodadhi Aarti and festival program at Gopalpur in Ganjam district. 

On this occasion, an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based video film on Shree Jagannath culture was released on YouTube.

The video highlights the traditions, rituals, and determination of time related to Shree Jagannath Rath Yatra, Snana Yatra, and Shree Jagannath Pancharatra.

It was stated that Lord Jagannath’s Snana Yatra is observed on Jyeshtha Purnima, and the Rath Yatra is celebrated on the second day of the bright fortnight of Ashadha.

Speakers emphasized that the daily rituals of Lord Jagannath cannot be altered. 

During the Mahodadhi Aarti, members of the Jagannath Culture Promotion Organization and the Purushottam Jagannath Chetana Foundation participated.

All participants unanimously rejected any intentional human interference or alteration of traditional rituals that could distort Jagannath culture.
Prominent Jagannath culture advocates including Dr. Narayan Mohapatra, Dr. Padmacharan Das, Suresh Mishra, Trilochan Nayak, Bhagaban Das, Prafulla Das, Bharati Bhushan Pattnaik, Bijay Panda, Srinibas Rao, Panchanan Mishra, along with leading members of the Jagannath Chetana Foundation, were present at the event.
