ODISHA CABINET APPROVES 12 PROPOSALS
Bhubaneswar(16/02/2024): The Odisha Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik approved 12 important proposals.
As per decision, weavers will receive Rs 2000 to 2500 financial assistance per month. Mission Shakti women will be given Rs 1000 for uniforms.
An amount of Rs 30 crore has been sanctioned for this purpose. Mission Shakti women in Panchayats, Blocks and Districts will get this benefit. The Cabinet took a decision to create new posts in Culture department and regularise Bahubhasi Sikhya Sahayaks. This apart, it has been decided to set up Kulata Samaja Dharmasala at Balukhand in Puri district.
The state government will provide one acre land for this purpose.
