UNION HOME MINISTER AMIT SHAH, CM NAVEEN PATNAIK LAUNCH SEVERAL NHAI PROJECTS
Bhubaneswar(05/08/2023): Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched several National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) projects at Lok Sabha Bhawan in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. The four laning of Kamakhyanagar-Duburi Section of NH-53 on EPC was dedicated to the people of the state. Similarly, foundation stone was laid for widening and strengthening of Moter-Banner via Ladugaon Road of Kalahandi district.
An amount of Rs 34 crore will be spent for the 15-km long road. Speaking on the occasion, Amit Shah thanked Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for his cooperation in successfully implementing every initiative of the Centre.
He said, "In the last nine years, the Centre with the help of states have brought the Naxal menace to a large extent.
No development can take place without development of infrastructure.
Infrastructure development is the top priority of Prime Minister Narendra Modi." Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan was also present.
