Odisha CM gives 9 tasks for district collectors

Bhubaneswar(By Abhishek Mohanty): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Tuesday assigned nine tasks to all district collectors.

Inaugurating the Conference of Collectors and SPs, the Chief Minister instructed them to eliminate corruption and uphold honesty and integrity.

The CM said that the government will not tolerate any situation where it gets a bad name due to corruption.
He advised the collectors to conduct more field visits and emphasised the importance of using technology in governance and administration.

He instructed the collectors to listen to public grievances at the district level and resolve them, and also to ensure that government advertisements are published in the Odia language.

CM Majhi further advised them to widely disseminate government information through social media.
