Odisha government grants promotions to senior IPS officers

Bhubaneswar(By Abhishek Mohanty): The Odisha government has granted promotions to senior IPS officers.

Satyajit Nayak and Umashankar Das have been promoted to the rank of Inspector General (IG).

R. Prakash, who is currently on central deputation, has also been promoted to the IG rank.

Similarly, S. Saini has been promoted to the rank of Additional Director General (ADG).

Surya Thankappan, who is on central deputation, has also been promoted to the ADG rank.

M. S. Sampath has been promoted to the rank of Deputy Inspector General (DIG).
