ODISHA TO EXPERIENCE GRADUAL RISE IN DAY TEMPERATURE

Bhubaneswar(01/03/2024): The maximum temperature in most parts of Odisha is likely to gradually rise in the next two days. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday predicted a rise in the maximum or the day temperature in Odisha.

The change in weather conditions is on the cards after several parts of the state received light to moderate rainfall and cloudy weather conditions in the past couple of days. However, there would be no large change in the minimum temperature (night temperature) at many places over the districts of Odisha during the next 4 to 5 days. Some parts of Odisha are also likely to experience light to moderate rainfall as well. Day 3 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 03.03.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 04.03.2024)-Light to moderate rain/thundershowers very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Keonjhar. Day 4 (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 04.03.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 05.03.2024)-Light to moderate rain/thundershowers very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar , Mayurbhanj and Balasore.
