Odisha's Yash Jain becomes topper in NEET-Super Specialty Exam 2024
Bhubaneswar (Abhishek Mohanty): Bringing laurels to Odisha, Yash Jain from Kantabanji, Balangir district, has secured Rank.1 in the NEET-Super Specialty (NEET-SS) Exam for 2024.
Yash Jain, an alumnus of King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, completed his MBBS there and pursued postgraduation of Government Medical College in Nagpur.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi congratulated Yash for his outstanding performance, highlighting it as a beacon of hope for students aiming to excel in the competitive medical field.
The Chief Minister said, “Yash’s achievement has made the entire state proud. His success will undoubtedly encourage others to strive for excellence. "
The NEET-SS is a highly competitive exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). It serves as the sole gateway for admission to super-specialty medical courses like DM and MCh in India.
