SARASWATI PUJA CELEBRATED WITH RELIGIOUS FERVOUR ACROSS ODISHA

Bhubaneswar(14/02/2024): Saraswati Puja was celebrated with religious fervour and gaiety across Odisha on Wednesday. Wearing colourful clothes, devotees, mainly youngsters, thronged various temples and puja pandals to seek blessings of Goddess Saraswati. A number of puja pandals displaying beautifully decorated idols of the Goddess were set up at different places in Bhubaneswar including Sahid Nagar, Laxmi Sagar, BJB Nagar, Badagada Brit Colony and Bapuji Nagar. Almost all schools including BJEM, Saraswati Sisu Vidya Mandir (Unit-8) and other educational institutions across the city celebrated the festival with students seeking blessings from Goddess Saraswati for their bright future. The students of Saraswati Sisu Vidya Mandir (Unit-8) celebrated Saraswati Puja in an unique way.

Here, 'Archana', a special programme was organised by the students like previous years.

The students offered Pushpanjali while worshipping their individual idol.

All the students brought puja items from their homes to the school.
