Supplentary Budget of Rs 12156 crore tabled in Odisha Assembly
Bhubaneswar (26/11/2024): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Tuesday tabled the Supplementary Budget of Rs 12,156 crore in the State Assembly. An amount of Rs 5 crore has been allocated for Ratna Bhandar of Puri Srimandir and Rs 60 crore for modernisation and extension of Fire Services. For deployment of Central Armed Police Force (CAPF), an amount of Rs 299 crore has been allocated.
Similarly, Rs 51 crore has been sanctioned for installation of CCTV Surveillance System in police stations and outposts. Besides, Rs 26 crore has been allocated for facility development of Srimandira Parikrama. An allocated of Rs 125 crore has been made for organisation of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Bhubaneswar.
