Ten goats burnt alive as fire breaks out in Angul

Angul: A major fire broke out at Balanga village in Angul block late on Saturday night, resulting death of ten goats and the loss of property worth lakhs of rupees.

 A gas cylinder exploded while people were attempting to extinguish the fire, injuring 4 individuals.

The fire engulfed two houses belonging to Dillip Biswal and Kastu Nayak.
Five thatched houses of the two families were reduced to ashes.

Dillip's ten goats were burnt alive. Valuable possessions, including gold jewellery, cash, and large quantities of paddy, rice, and pulses belonging to both the families got damaged in the mishap.
