THE EASTERN INDIA REGIONAL COUNCIL OF ICSI HOSTS COMPREHENSIVE FULL DAY FLOATING SEMINAR TITLED MANTHAN- A PROGRESSIVE CHURNING OF KNOWLEDGE
Kolkata (03/05/2024): The Eastern India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) hosted a comprehensive Full Day Floating Seminar titled 'Manthan' - A Progressive Churning of Knowledge at the Polo Floatel Hotel in Kolkata on April 27, 2024. The seminar's lineup of topics and speakers harmonised perfectly with its theme.
Distinguished personalities such as Sagar Daryani, Co-Founder of WOW Momo, Arijit Hajra - Renowned as the Robot Man of India, and Ashok Butta, Director of Dental World, shared invaluable insights on entrepreneurship and innovation within the realm of compliance. The event saw active participation from over 180 members of the Institute. CA CS K K Chhaparia provided insights into Valuation, while CS Nitin Daga delved into the intricacies of Insolvency.
Additionally, a panel discussion addressing the opportunities and challenges associated with listing was convened, featuring esteemed professionals such as CS Indranil Banerjee from Bandhan Bank, CS Abhijit Dan from Khadims India, CS Arunito Ganguly from Berger Paints, and CS Sandeep Lakhotia as resource persons. Furthermore, 91.9 Frenz FM served as the official radio partner for the seminar.
Following the event, attendees enjoyed a scenic cruise along with a cultural program aboard the Kolkata Heritage Cruise.
