The Minister announced that Terminal 3 at the Bhubaneswar airport will be expanded, with a unique focus on showcasing Odia art, culture and traditions. The new will avoid modern design elements, instead immersing travelers in the rich heritage and history of Odisha upon arrival.

Tea, coffee, bottled water, coconot ladoos are available at just Rs 10, while samosas are priced at Rs 20.
The Udaan Yatri Cafe was first introduced at Kolkata Airport in December last year, and has since expanded to Chennai, Ahmedabad and Pune. Bhubaneswar is the latest addition, with plans underway to open similar cafes at 10 to 15 major airports across India next year, in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for accessible and inclusive air travel.
