ARABINDA PADHEE GETS ADDITIONAL CHARGE AS CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR OF PURI JAGANNATH TEMPLE

Bhubaneswar (24/05/2024): The Odisha government on Friday gave additional charge to IAS Officer Aranbinda Padhee as the Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), Puri. The 1996-batch IAS Officer is presently serving as the Principal Secretary of the Agriculture & FE Department with an additional charge of Principal Secretary at HT&H Department in Odisha Government. As IAS Officer Vir Vikram Yadav, the Principal Secretary of FS & CW Department and Chief Administrator of the SJTA, is on leave for a period of 21 days from May 22, 2024 till June 11,2024, for his visit to Canada on personal grounds, Padhee will remain in charge of the office of the Chief Administrator.

This was informed by a notification released by the General Administration and PG Department. Similarly, IAS Officer Hemant Sharma at present Principal Secretary of Industries Department, has been given additional charge of the office of the Principal Secretary of Works Department and Principal Secretary of FS & CW Department during the above absence period of Vir Vikram Yadav.
