CHANDRAYAAN 3 LIVING EXAMPLE OF WOMEN POWER IN INDIA: PM MODI
New Delhi(27/08/2023): Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the commendable efforts of ISRO scientists on Chandrayaan mission at the 104th episode of Mann Ki Baat on Sunday. The Prime Minister said, "The Chandrayaan 3 mission is a living example of women power in India with several women scientists and engineers directly involved in the mission. The PM said, "India is ready for the upcoming G20 Summit to be held in Delhi from September 8 to 10.
G20 or Group of 20 nations is an intergovernmental forum comprising 19 countries and the European Union.
This year, India will host the grand multi-national event." PM Modi appreciated the winners of World University Games 2023 and interacted with some players who took part in the event.
The players included Archer Pragati from Uttar Pradesh.
Pragati shared her inspirational story of how she overcame the ordeal of suffering from brain hemorrhage in May. Despite all the difficulties, she won the medals. Similarly, athelete Priyanka expressed her happiness for the recognition that World University Games has gotten in the recent times. The PM lauded the efforts of public to make the dairy sector more efficient. He concludes his address by extending Raksha Bandhan greetings to the nation.
