Gobardhan Biswal Assumes Charge as the New District Information and Public Relations Officer of Balasore

Balasore, 29/4 (Krushna Kumar Mohanty): Gobardhan Biswal has officially taken charge as the new District Information and Public Relations Officer (DIPRO) of Balasore. He assumed the role from the outgoing officer, Aishwarya Samanta, yesterday.

Mr. Biswal has previously served successfully as the Sub-Divisional Information and Public Relations Officer (SDIPRO) in Nilagiri for a long time. He earned a reputation for efficiently managing major government events such as the renowned Rath Yatra of Nilagiri—considered the third most prominent in the state—as well as Independence Day, Republic Day, and various other official celebrations.

Upon taking charge, he expressed his desire to work in close cooperation with all representatives of the media.
