‘Lord Jagannath cured my son,’ says devotee from Rajasthan

Puri(By Abhishek Mohanty): "Lord Jagannath cured my ailing son,” says Prakash, a devotee from Rajasthan, who placed his 7–8-year-old child before the Singhadwara of the Puri Srimandir to express his overwhelming gratitude.

Prakash said his son had been in a coma-like condition for almost a year after developing a severe fever. On the 8th of this month, he brought the child to the Srimandir and prayed earnestly before Lord Jagannath for his recovery.

Following his prayer, the child gradually began moving his hands and legs, giving the family renewed hope.

With firm belief in the Lord Jagannath’s blessings, Prakash returned to Puri, offering his son at the feet of Lord Jagannath and sitting near the Singhadwara in devotion.

A senior servitor, moved to tears, said that the Lord had responded to Prakash’s deep pain and heartfelt prayers.
